Digital App Purchases

Fujikage is distributed through the Apple App Store. All purchases — including app downloads and in-app purchases — are processed and governed by Apple's purchase terms. Apple handles all payment processing and is solely responsible for processing refund requests for App Store transactions.

To request a refund for an App Store purchase:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID used to make the purchase
  3. Find the Fujikage charge and select "Request a Refund"

Apple's standard refund window is 14 days from the date of purchase. Fujikage has no ability to process, approve, or deny App Store refunds directly — Apple makes that determination.

Beta Access

Beta access via TestFlight is provided at no charge. There is nothing to return or refund.
